Shipping Policy

Quick summary: We ship to the US and Canada. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 8–15 business days. Every order is fully tracked and ships free.

Order Processing

All orders placed on ReliefCore are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order details and tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive this email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Canada (all provinces and territories)

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. If you are located outside the US or Canada and wish to place an order, please contact us at theeshopifystore@gmail.com before purchasing.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday periods. ReliefCore is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Every ReliefCore order includes full end-to-end tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page or entering your tracking number directly at 17track.net.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

ReliefCore ships internationally from our fulfilment partner. For orders to the United States and Canada, customs duties and import taxes are generally not applied to small personal shipments. However, in rare cases, customs authorities may apply fees at their discretion.

Any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. ReliefCore has no control over these charges and cannot predict whether they will apply to your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information if you have concerns.

Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours and other household members
  2. Check any secure delivery locations (garage, porch, mailbox)
  3. Wait 2 additional business days — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely
  4. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  5. If still unresolved, contact us at theeshopifystore@gmail.com

For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no charge. ReliefCore is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. ReliefCore is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at theeshopifystore@gmail.com. We can only make address changes before the order has been dispatched.
