Our promise: If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, we will refund you in full. No complicated process. No restocking fees. We stand behind every product we sell.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
ReliefCore offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. The 30-day period begins from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information.
To be eligible for a refund under our guarantee, you must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date. Requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund unless the product is covered under our 1-year warranty.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The request is made within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- The product has not been intentionally damaged or misused
- The product was purchased directly from reliefcore.com
- You can provide your original order number or proof of purchase
We do not require you to return the product in most cases. Our priority is resolving your issue quickly and fairly, not making you jump through hoops.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been clearly misused, physically damaged by the customer, or modified
- Consumable items that have been opened and used (where applicable)
- Orders where the 30-day return window has passed and no warranty defect is present
- Products purchased from third-party retailers (not from reliefcore.com directly)
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email us at theeshopifystore@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include your order number, the reason for your refund request, and optionally a photo or short description of the issue
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days
- Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace it or refund you immediately at no cost. In this case:
- Please email us within 7 days of delivery
- Include a clear photo of the damage or defect
- We will send a replacement within 3–5 business days or process a full refund
- You will not be required to return the damaged item
1-Year Product Warranty
All ReliefCore products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, material failures, and product malfunctions that occur under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by use outside of the product's intended purpose
- Products that have been modified or repaired by a third party

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please request a refund for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest resolution for you.
Cancelled Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at theeshopifystore@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow our standard refund process after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider — processing times vary
- Contact your bank directly
